Introducing Myself

I am Louie Baker, im 18 years old. I'm doing the Btec course as i wish to learn more about video production and camera techniques. I am also doing the course as i hope it will help me with music production (as i write and make music), so that i can help out at video shots for example. My media interests include such media texts as, Music videos, TV programming (e.g. comedy's such as Spaced and also Documentary's).

I also have an interest in how each media text works, for example with music videos and what equipment they use and what goes on behind the scenes. I used to be really into video games and how they worked at one point but i was never really good at maths so i couldn't really go into the programming side of things. Lastly i love short films and regular films too, but sometimes short films captivate me more than full budget, box office titans do. Below is another short film i recently watched, this one however links my interest with music with some interesting backdrops and themes. The movie itself is based of lyrics from the Kid Cudi song of the same name.
